Shareholder Survey Results
We have published the results of the survey that we received from our shareholders.
In the "Shareholder Survey" conducted in July 2024, we received responses from a significant number of shareholders, with 42,801 individuals (response rate of 35%) participating. We would like to express our gratitude for your cooperation in the survey and provide you with a summary of the main results. - It is wonderful to see that CATV operators are providing various regionally-focused services and sponsoring local events.
- The website, including the IR information, was well-developed and easy to navigate.
- I would prefer the company to focus on stable regionally-focused businesses like the gas business, rather than venturing into too many different industries.
- I believe that securing good talent leads to the company's growth. I request investment in human resources.

- Each company has its own sales representatives, but I think it would be more effective if, for example, TOKAI's branch sales representatives could handle products across the company and sell TOKAI Group's products nationwide.
- I would like to see a reduction in the mailing of stock-related documents and the implementation of paperless practices through the utilization of electronic methods.
