TOKAI Holdings declares that we will address the following items on a priority basis to build up new partnerships by promoting collaboration and mutual prosperity with our supply chain business partners and with businesses working toward value creation.
1. Coexistence and mutual prosperity across the entire supply chain and new collaborations that transcend scale and affiliations.
By engaging not only with direct business partners but also with those deeper within the supply chain, we aim to improve added value throughout the entire supply chain. Furthermore, through collaboration that transcends existing business relationships and company size, we strive to build a mutually beneficial relationship with our business partners.
- We will work with local companies to revitalize the region through open innovation.
- We will regularly exchange information with our business partners and address the following points. Furthermore, by effectively utilizing information with our business partners, we will maintain sustainable business growth and business relationships.
・ Support for the development of human resources at client companies.
・ Support for improving information security.
・ Promotion of energy conservation and decarbonization.
・ Popularization of health management practices.
・ Support for BCP (Business Continuity Plan) development through the use of data centers and cloud computing, etc.
2. Strict observance of the "promotion standards"
We will comply with desirable business practices between commissioning companies and small and medium-sized contractors (the "Promotion Standards" based on the Act on the Promotion of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises for Commissioning), including improvements to ordering methods, methods for determining consideration, methods for payment, terms of trade related to molds, etc., and the protection of intellectual property and the fairness of transactions, and we will actively work to correct business practices and commercial practices that hinder the building of partnerships with our business partners.
3. Others
We will conduct fair transactions in accordance with the "The TOKAI Group CSR Procurement Policy."
