Customer Satisfaction Survey

Our group, as a corporate group that comprehensively supports daily life and society, has adopted "Contribution to a life filled with smiles" as its materiality.

We believe that if our customers' lives are more convenient and comfortable, their smiles will increase, which is why we have set customer satisfaction as our KPI(key performance indicator).

The survey is conducted annually on the TLC member site operated by the TOKAI Group. In a preliminary survey conducted in March, we received responses from approximately 30,000 customers.

We will continue to improve our products and services to bring even more smiles to our customers.
