Sustainability Training

We conduct e-learning training for our officers and employees on our group's approach to sustainability management and initiatives. In fiscal year 2025, we conducted training four times.

Sustainability Working Group

To deepen young employees' understanding of sustainability and contribute to the group's growth, we have been selecting approximately 20 members annually since FY2023 to hold a Working Group (WG) meeting. In FY2025, we held seven meetings. The seventh WG meeting was a joint "Sustainability" study and networking event, bringing together young employees from five companies in Shizuoka Prefecture.
