4. Shared use

TOKAI Group companies have started a new joint use relationship with the establishment and reorganization of TOKAI Holdings, Inc. on April 1, 2011, and will obtain from customers within the scope of use described in Paragraph 2.   1. If the customer wishes to disclose his / her personal information, we will confirm that the person who made the request is the customer himself, and respond to the disclosure within a reasonable time based on laws and regulations.

12. Use of personal information after termination of contract

After the contract with the customer is terminated, we may use personal information within the scope necessary for the purpose of use described in paragraph 2.

14. Revision of Privacy Policy
